1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using a DataMoum app, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old. If local law requires a higher age for independent consent, a parent or guardian must review and approve your use.
2. The service
DataMoum provides trivia, on-device utility, and design-creation apps. DataMoum Create lets you compose wallpapers and social cards from your own text and photos. The apps work without an account and may change as features and languages improve.
3. Rewarded ads
Rewarded ads are voluntary. Before an ad begins, the app explains the in-app benefit. The benefit is granted only after Pangle reports that the viewing requirement was completed. You are never required to click an advertisement, install another app, or make a purchase.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not manipulate ad impressions, rewards, scores, or app traffic.
- Do not automate, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app except where law expressly permits it.
- Do not use the app to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
5. Content and intellectual property
The apps, brand, interfaces, templates, question compilation, and original content are owned by KCREW or used with permission. You retain responsibility for text and photos you add and must have the right to use them. You may use exported DataMoum Create designs personally or commercially, but may not redistribute the app or its template library as a competing product.
6. Accuracy and availability
We work to provide accurate questions and explanations, but trivia may contain errors or become outdated. The app is not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Features and advertising availability may vary by country, device, network, and provider.
7. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or perfect accuracy. KCREW is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Suspension, changes, and governing law
We may limit access when necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, or comply with law. We may update these terms and will publish the new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, while mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction continue to apply.
