1. Who we are
DataMoum Quiz, DataMoum Tools, and DataMoum Create are operated by KCREW (“DataMoum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy applies to these mobile applications and their support pages.
2. Information stored on your device
You can use the apps without creating an account. Quiz progress, editor text, selected photos, exported designs, language preference, age confirmation, and advertising choice are processed or stored locally on your device. DataMoum Create processes selected photos on-device and does not upload them to a DataMoum server.
3. Optional rewarded advertising
The app uses the Pangle advertising SDK only after you allow advertising. Rewarded ads are optional and appear only after you choose a clearly labelled reward, such as a hint or retry.
Depending on your device, region, permissions, and Pangle settings, Pangle may process device identifiers, advertising and interaction data, diagnostic and performance data, approximate location inferred from an IP address, and other information needed to deliver, secure, measure, and improve advertising. We do not use Pangle’s separate TikTok App Events module.
4. Why information is processed
- To remember local app preferences and privacy choices.
- To create and export designs on your device.
- To provide a rewarded ad you actively request.
- To measure advertising performance, prevent fraud, diagnose failures, and protect the service.
- To comply with legal and platform obligations.
Where consent is legally required, advertising is based on your consent. You may decline and continue using the apps without rewarded-ad features.
5. Sharing and service providers
Advertising information may be processed by Pangle and its vendors under Pangle’s terms and privacy policy. We do not sell your locally stored content, and we do not share your photos, designs, quiz progress, or files with Pangle.
6. Retention and deletion
Local app data remains until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall the app. Pangle determines retention for information it processes under its own policy and applicable law. You can withdraw advertising permission from the app’s Privacy settings at any time.
7. Children
DataMoum apps are not directed to children under 13. We ask users to confirm they are at least 13 before using the apps. If you believe a child has provided information in connection with an app, contact us so we can review the concern.
8. International processing
Pangle and its vendors may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, they use legal mechanisms intended to protect information transferred internationally.
9. Your choices and rights
You can decline or withdraw advertising permission, reset your device advertising identifier, limit tracking through operating-system settings, or delete local data by clearing app storage or uninstalling. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing by a service provider.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the apps or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to admin@kcrew.co.kr.
